Our olive oil exclusively comes from Taggiasca olives, an olive that groves on our hills in front of the sea.
Compared to other companies, which sell enormous quantities of product from the blend of several Mediterranean olive oils, our extra virgin "Taggiasca" olive oil comes in an extremely limited production.
