→ Our farm philosophy
Our farm produces about 1000 L. of extra virgin olive oil coming from 350 olive trees.
Our production criteria are very rigid: less than 24h go from harvest to the press. The mill, which takes care of the work, offers the best machinery and strict hygiene rules.
Chemical analysis is made during every production to guarantee that the oil may not only taste good, but also especially ensure its health benefits.

The olive oil produced by this variety of olives can be distinguished for its delicacy and the possibility to accompany any dish without altering its flavor, if not enhancing it instead. The superiority of this olive oil is well acknowledged in its use for every fish based dish.
